  1.    KEYBOARD    - Press letter, number, F1 thru F9, or move HIGHLIGHT
  2.                  with spacebar and press RETURN.

  4.    LEFT MOUSE  - Click on or to the right of a selection.
  5.    RIGHT MOUSE - Same as pressing ESC.

  7.   A minus - sign after a number means a program will be run.
  8.   A plus + sign after a number means another MENU will be called.

  17.   Press     HOME END TAB shift/TAB SPACEBAR BKSP   to move the highlight.
  18.   Press   RETURN, ENTER or ->                        to run program.
  19.   Press   NUMBER or FUNCTION key                     to run program.
  20.   Press   ESC, F10, <-, or right Mouse key           for previous menu.
  21.   Press   M                                          for MAIN MENU
  22.   1 - Use only the four arrow keys, or
  23.   2 - Use only the LEFT mouse key.  Click ON or to the RIGHT of an item.
  24.   3 - Use only the Function Keys.
  25. MOUSE Left  - Click on or to the right of an item.  Clicking on a MENU TITLE
  26.      will highlite that title.  If the TITLE is already highlighted, then
  27.      clicking on it will run it.  Clicking in the TOP half of the HELP
  28.      screen will page down.  Clicking in the BOTTOM half of the HELP screen
  29.      will page up.  When the previous menus list appears at left, clicking
  30.      on any menu name will bring that menu on screen.

  32. MOUSE Right - same as pressing the ESC key.
  33.    You may create a HELP file for each menu.  The file must have the same
  34.    name as the menu, with an .MH file extension.
  35.    EXAMPLE:  MAIN     = menu file          (actual file name is MAIN.M)
  36.              MAIN.MH  = menu help file
  37.  
  38.    This is the DEFAULT help file.  It is used when there is no help file.
  39.    This file is DEFAULT.MHH, as .MHH is the system help extension.
